Mind is the seat of our existence. It is the seat of our strength, weakness, happiness and sorrow. The mind makes us feel what we are going through at a particular point of time. Therefore, we can say Mind is the seat of everything that we go through in our life.

Mind is the barren ground in which we put the seeds of good thoughts or bad thoughts, kind thoughts or fierce thoughts. Therefore, all the above points helps to affirm the belief that mind is the most potent tool that God has gifted humans to make our life great.

The thoughts that we get in our mind has the potential to bring about great changes in our life. To support this fact, the great Indian saint and thinker Swami Vivekananda has said “We are what our thoughts have made us, so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.”

Thoughts are like energy. It can neither be created not destroyed. But, it can only be transformed to what our thoughts are.
